The food is great. Flavors were amazing. The service was just okay but I expected much better. Everything is small plates so if you are looking for good portions, this is not the place to go. We had 4 people and the server recommended we order the entire menu. With that being said it is a standard small plates place, very overpriced for what you get. Pumpkin bread is $9 for one slice? Come on...

Great new place that understands Vegan
Our family group of 10 consisting of vegans, vegetarians and omnivores all enjoyed our experience at Southern Belle. The cozy and relaxing atmosphere along with the attentive and knowledgeable staff added to our enjoyment. Best of all were the custom drinks and amazing food. The small plates are beautifully presented. Each has been made with locally sourced ingredients so they change seasonally. They are crafted with the perfect combination to create a party in your mouth. The comment heard most often at our table was WOW. There are vegan options and the servers know what can be modified to be vegan. The ice cream dessert is vegan and AMAZING! They get extra points for trying to be a zero waste establishment by donating leftover food, composting and turning scraps into amazing creations. Great place to hang out with all your friends. We loved it and plan to return again soon.

What a fantastic place! Fun atmosphere, elegant plating, delicious food and very attentive and professional staff. It was evident that there was thought put into every detail- from the wall art to the silverware rests- I can’t say enough good things about this place. Have already been twice since it’s opening and will definitely be back. Great for a drink with friends after work, family gathering or a romantic spot for date night. 10 out of 10!

Where to start? This place is clearly the culmination of years and years of hard work and thought from the owner, Joey Ward. Every little detail is thought out and intentionally executed on - from the plates you eat off, the flatware you eat your food with, the menu's you order from, and even the bathroom signs!

Eating here isn't just about the food (although the food is certainly fantastic, the Brussels sprouts are the best in the city), it's about the experience you have being in there. This is truly a one of a kind place and I'm excited to see not only what this place has in store, but what Joey will do next. He has proven himself to be a serious contender in the Atlanta restaurant scene and I can't wait to watch it all play out!

Holy cow is the food here amazing! Honestly one of the better places I've eaten in Atlanta, and it's all small plate that you can share with friends. Each plate is unique and bursting with flavor, so I strongly you suggest taking a group of friends so you can try everything. The drinks are also on another level. They only have maybe 3 or 4 alcoholic drinks on the menu, but both of the ones I tried were great. They also have this crazy non-alcoholic drink that comes out with smoke and was honestly the best non-alcoholic beverage I've had.

The atmosphere is REALLY cool! There's a good bit of seating, a cool lounge in the back, and a patio with tons of seating. A great place to go hang with friends for a bit and get way better food than you can get elsewhere, especially since you don't need a reservation. The head chef Joseph Ward came out and interacted with the guests and he was extremely friendly and inviting. They are true to their name in southern hospitality and I will definitely be back often!
