Starbucks

Order was wrong; requested no whip....whip added. She made no attempt to correct it when I brought it to her attention. I asked for a stopper for my coffee (they were behind the glass), she pushed the entire cup at me and kept going. I realize they are short staffed (app orders are disabled), but this particular barista was just not nice.

Love how the staff is so patient when my daughter orders a drink that takes 5 mins to order...lol

The staff is friendly and would greet you once in store. The actually food/beverage service is okay and hence the 4 stars! It’s definitely one of the better Starbucks in the Atlanta metro area

The associate making my drink read the order as she placed the sticker on the wrong type of cup, then proceeded to make a drink that was make NOTHING like the order. When I told her it was supposed to be hot and with almond milk, she quickly and rudely rushed through making the second drink. When I said that this drink, too, was not right, she called another associate over to remake my drink. He made it perfectly!

Yo! My second morning picking up coffee for my boss and me at 5:30am. Skyler has a great attitude, a warm smile, and is so prompt with service. While all the staff is lovely, Skyler really helped me start my day right. We had a great conversation about music, and you can really tell he enjoys the people he helps. The coffee was amazing.
