    My boyfriend and I don't come to Starbucks often, but we had some extra time today, so we went to get some coffee. Customer service was minimal and my boyfriend got an attitude from the cashier when ordering his drink. After paying for our drinks, mine came out quickly but they told us that they ran out of cold brew. It was only 11am and they don't close until 6pm and they only offered us iced coffee instead to replace it.

    Not too happy with our experience today.

    Love the option of being able to wait inside instead of only one patron at a time. They were fast but tend to cater more to drive thru..next time I will use drive thru instead of pick up in person. Seems to have you several minutes if you do..
