(October 9, 2018, 2:24 am)Visited The Cafe & Bar for afternoon tea. The manager provided a quaint, quiet alcove for us to dine and allowed us to choose our tea selections by smelling the loose tea. Tea was served in an individual French press and canapés and scones accompanied the tea service. Easily one of the best places for afternoon tea in the city and the scones and clotted cream were reminiscent of England.
