DELICIOUS! After attempts to get a late Sunday lunch at multiple places in the Camp Creek Marketplace, and being rudely denied, ignored by wait staff, or dismissed, we finally five Corner Grille.
Let me tell you, I'm so glad those other places screwed up. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. We were only a party of two, and Corner Grille was ready! The waitress assigned to our section was busy with another table so a lonely young guy quickly had her back and took care of us. The food was AMAZING. I was shocked that grilled chicken could be so flavorful! My boyfriend had the crab cakes and murdered them. We wanted dessert but honestly had no room! Portion sizes were perfect, and we could tell that the employees and owners genuinely cared about the appearance of the establishment. We can't wait to come back for your brunch service!
Thank you for redeeming our Sunday afternoon!
The meal was delicious (I chose the seafood gumbo and fried calamari). The service was great, the staff very friendly and professional. We had a large family gathering, and the service team was attentive and kind. I would definitely go again, and I certainly recommend it.
Best fried green tomatoes I've had. The Cajun pasta to describe it as just good would be sacrilegious. Right amount of spice, large shrimps, creamy sauce and the shaved parmesan cheese on top completes the dish nicely. Every bite of this dish was mouth watering. The toasted baguette on the side was the perfect finish for this dish. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back for more. The service here was on point.
Exceptional food. Had the calamari for appetizer, girlfriend had shrimp and grits for dinner, and I had the grilled chicken with broccoli. Not only was the food very reasonably priced, but the portions were huge. People in the College Park area should definitely visit
One of my favorite restaurants! Food is bomb! And the atmosphere is modern casual. Come with an appetite and be prepared to wait a little because this place is always busy! Well worth the short wait...
