Great customer service for the past two days ( Tuesday & Wednesday) food has been coming out faster and greeting when you come in the door has been extremely welcome. I can say from the past couple of month this has been the best service ever. It was a young lady she looks like she is her 20s I can say managing her floor, y’all need her there every morning and mid shift. She was on top of her shift, smiling, checking on her employees. Lobby was clean, restroom this how a fast food suppose to run. I know there are issue every now and then but the improvement has been a amazing for the past couple of days I will be coming back.

The food is always good. My one irritant is that I always have to wait too long. I order online with.a catering sized order almost every order. Usually days in advanced. I call the day of at least 3 hours ahead to confirm they received the order. Everytime except once, the order before this one, I've had to wait at least 30min to an hour and that's concerning because I am doing my part to make sure the order is ready.

I understand cooking it fresh but have it where when I come in the order is being cooked and almost done. Or when I say my name and order it is prepared immediately. That's the point in me ordering so early and confirming it will be done. You do that and you may keep my business.
