    I usually have a good experience here but the last time I went I ordered a frappuccino on the Starbucks app asking for whipped cream on it. The baresta still desides to not put it on and tells me, "we usually do not put whipped cream on mocha flavored drinks."

    Saturday’s baristas NEVER look at the customers waiting at the mobile order window!!! Pretty annoying having to wait for eye contact and rapidly flag them down before they look away again. Good drinks but.... my drink is sitting right there and I can’t even pick it up. Whats the point of mobile ordering?!
