Wonderful and amazing staff, lovely service, beautiful inside and out. They really want & make sure you have all & anything that you may need. Thanks for a great place for our families celebration. And thanks for my daughter's Mother n law Mrs. Jones for the wonderful and amazing decorations she did for the event.

Excellent Chicago Pizza!!! Lots of cheese! Dough cooked well, even in center! Sauce very good! What a meal, very filling!???????????? Impressive Staff were very attentive and fun to talk with. Watched staff work in unison clearing a large party of 5 pulled-together tables. Very thorough: clearing, cleaning tabletops/sweeping, wiping floor/arranging, cleaning chairs. Attention to details!

I only sat at the bar, but this Nancy's makes for a great little old school restaurant pizzeria. The kind of thing you used to see in the 80's, minus the arcade cabinets. The food is, well, it's Nancy's. It's good food to begin with. Good pizza, good wings, great atmosphere for a relaxed and fun conclusion to a first date, good for sharing a pizza and beer with your friends. Good casual establishment, 10/10

Eating pizza fresh is the best for the deep dish kind and size. The restaurant was clean and friendly vibe. My server could have been a little more friendlier.

I read a lot of negative reviews about the customer service, and it almost changed my mind about trying this place. I’m so glad I decided to see for myself. I decided to try this place out on a Sunday night because I knew it wouldn’t be as busy as a Friday or Saturday. I had a wonderful customer service experience and the pizza was amazing! I interacted with Johnny, both when I placed my order over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up. He was very nice, courteous & professional. I ordered a small deep dish with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms & black olives. It was absolutely perfect! I’m a New Yorker but I think this restaurant has converted me!
