    I concur with other reviewers, no sauce is needed. The food is just that good! Papa catered our alumni cookout and the ribs and sausage were phenomenal! The ribs were very tender and seasoned just right. Consider him for all of your BBQ needs!!

    Sooo, this weekend we held our Annual Alumni Picnic and for the second year in a row we enlisted the services of Papa Black to cater ALL our meats for the occasion. He is without a doubt the baddest Grill guy in the city, with more than fair pricing for his services. If you haven't checked him out, you missing out!
