Firehouse Subs

Very nice, good subs, a bit pricey, didn't realize cheese goes on everything (had to reorder wife's sub due to dairy allergy)

It truly depends on what day of the week you visit this restaurant which will determine the kind of service you will receive when you purchase a meal. I've had excellent services where my sandwhich is toasted and delicious to eat. The employee makes sure the order is correct and out within eight minutes. On the other hand, there are also times where the service is terribly slow. One particular visit the young man failed to place the order in and apologized to the wrong customer, which an employee corrected him and said it was my party that deserved the apology but we never received one from him. There are times where the sandwhich falls apart and lack of items such as pickles and cups.

Lots of young people, so customer service is lacking a bit, but the food was pretty good.

We've been to many Firehouse subs and never gotten food like this, the food was dry and cold. Every other Firehouse subs we've been to has had the food hot and juicy. Other than the stated problems the visit was ok...

Friendly and professional atmosphere...the young adults greeted me and even asked about my day. I came two days in a row because of the customer service. Great job guys!
