Hikari Botanical Cafe

LOVE this cafe! I love how extensive their menu is and that (as someone with dietary restrictions) I can always find something yummy to try! Coffee is delicious, dessert is quality, and the flavor is on point. 10/10 recommend.

Today I ordered the Chicken taco salad I have been craving a taco salad for a while now and it was just what my taste buds needed I will be back to try something new.

Customer service is excellent warm and welcoming. This establishment was recommended to me. So as a foodie I can say the salad I ordered was so SMALL for $15 , protein is barely present and it was just bland... ** NOTE to the owners maybe make some specialty dressings for the various salad options you offer. Also I was overcharged based off the menu that didn’t bother me but it’s the principal. I will return however . Oh and the bakery items were absolutely delicious not dry a little sweet for my taste but made to perfection and beautifully decorated

I love the fact the business is black owned and would like to continue to patronize your business. Main issue is the wait. The other issue is if you serve great food the first time you have to do that every time. I ordered the fish and chips with cod fish the first time I came in. It was wonderful. Three nice pieces of fish and lots of fries. I ordered the same thing today and only got two pieces of over cooked fish and very few fries. Though it was the end of the night the food quality should be the same. I was very disappointed with my order. Remember, word of mouth is the best marketing tool for your business. Make the appropriate improvements and not only will your customers be happy they will spread the word on how great you are.😊
