Duke's Bar & Grill

Bartender was really cool! Service orientated, and helpful! Good sense of humor. Food was really good! Had a burger and it was cooked just how I asked for it.

We had been to Dukes before and it was excellant, this time some disappointing things. First, when the ice tea was brought I noticed something about a piece of the ice---it was frozen around a piece of food, disgusting to say the least. We order the banana pudding that on the menu said with vanilla wafers and pecans. One dessert had no wafers or pecans, the other 3 wafers and again no pecans. Totally disappointing. The entrees were good, green beans were not southern comfort food. Service was excellant. A rating of 3 is a favor based on some other visits.

Solid place, the food is good and so is the service. It’s American/southern food. I don’t usually like pimento cheese but their pimento fried chicken sandwich is fantastic. The fried chicken is delicious. The burgers aren’t tasty too, especially the one with quest and avocado on it. A lot of nights they have live music too. It’s a very cool atmosphere inside too. If google allowed 1/2 star reviews I’d probably give it a 4.5.

Came for lunch. Excellent service, delicious and original chicken dish with sauteed spinach and artichoke. I hear they change the menu periodically so I'll definitely be stopping back.
