Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Great food overall..Have to check food at times because they will not give you the right chicken piece or will leave off cheese

The food was pretty good. The drink area was messy, and it was 3:00 PM. I was annoyed that I had to repeat my order 3 times because the order taker was having a conversation with someone through a headset and I couldn't tell if he was talking to me or someone else. The counter order taker should focus on the person standing in front of him.

Good grilled chicken deluxe sandwich. Pleasant atmosphere. Prompt service.

I gave it a 3 stars because there's a lot of franchises and I've had the opportunity to eat at several different restaurants both corporate and franchise. The atmosphere at most of the stores is like the corporate stores are clean,stocked and for example there is nothing in the dining area. You get all of the condiments when you get your drink. I guess that way they can put more money into the food. Great biscuits. Their family meals are cheaper than others. Instead of writing a book I could have just said the pepper's are hot and the chicken is great and they also have gallons of sweet tea. Enjoy.

My mother and I went to this location and ordered biscuits in the middle of the afternoon. They were hot, fresh, crispy on the outside... Just like my mother likes it. The employees were very nice and we will be back. I normally take pictures, but it was so good I hate it before I could do that. Thank you for a nice lunch.
