The Farmhouse

I wish I lived closer. I would go here all. the. time. I can't wait to go back. I'm used to being disappointed by restaurants. Admittedly, it's hard to get everything perfect. It's a hard business. But when everything is perfect, ah it's heaven. And The Farmhouse was heaven. Every detail of taste and texture was sublime. The cream corn was out of this world. Seriously, EVERYTHING we ate was amazing and so fresh. Not only was it the most delicious meal I'd had in years, I also enjoyed the fact that the food was organic and the meat humanely raised.

I wish I lived closer, but I would definitely come and stay at Serenbe just to eat the food! If you're in the area don't miss this amazing restaurant.

Great food. Helpful staff that was very attentive. No complaints about either breakfast nor lunch offerings. Lemonade and iced tea were excellent along with the various spins they add on sandwiches. Again no complaints. Try it! It lies at the edge of the community of Serenbe.

Another lovely meal at the farmhouse! Chef Bour and his staff create an atmosphere that is warm and inviting. The lamb loin was absolutely amazing, as was the chocolate tiramisu. We really must do this more often!

This is a very interesting place with a different type of atmosphere that you would not get anywhere else. The service was top-notch. The food selection was not large but it was cooked perfectly. We had the lamb loin and the halibut and the only thing negative about the food was the vegetable on the plate was almost obsolete. Basically you just got a chunk of well-cooked meat. You definitely paid a very high price for something that I probably won't go back for but it was an experience.
