Authentic delicious Italian food, very kind owner and accommodating chef. We have been looking for a place like this and so glad to have discovered Bellini. Alexis was so sweet and so charismatic. We will definitely be back, hidden gem for sure!

BELLINI's in Roswell: Newly opened & highly recommended! We've had dinner three times at Bellini's, after eagerly waiting for their Grand Opening. All three occasions were excellent: the Italian atmosphere was warm and wonderful, the setting comfortable and welcoming (see pictures), the crowd conversing happily without excess noise. We were not rushed. The servers timed our orders so that we had the opportunity to enjoyed each other's company. On all three occasions, the food was exceptional. The bread was fresh, warm with a delightful crust, accompanied with the traditional herbed olive oil. For antipasti, We recommend the Mixed Tuscan Crostinis for (2), for pasta the Tagliatella alla Bellini, the
    Lasagna della nonna, and the
Pasta e fagioli. For secondi, the Filetto di manzo al tartufo especially stood out,and the desserts were excellent. The wine and drink list were varied, including the option of a corkage fee. The rooms varied from smaller and secluded to dining areas for large groups (see pictures). Bellini's will definitely be one of our 'go to' places in Roswell. Enjoy!

My husband and I had a date night here. The atmosphere was beautiful and transported us to Italy! The waiter was so helpful explaining the menu to us and giving us recommendations. The waiter also spoke fluent Spanish. The olive oil that was served with the bread was chef’s kiss. We were later informed that the owner went to Italy and brought back a fresh harvest from a farm there. The food we were served was the best I have had in a long time. I could tell that a lot of detailed attention was paid to every aspect of the food. The presentation and the flavor of every single dish was spectacular and scrumptious.
We ended the evening with a big smile. Please keep in mind that this restaurant is genuine Tuscan cuisine and ingredients are sourced from the very best! Highly recommend this beautiful restaurant. You will get great service and amazing food! Truly a unique experience!

I hate to see VG's gone but love that Roswell has a great new Italian Restaurant to try.

They've only been open for a week so they still have some kinks to work out and are doing just that.

We sat at the bar, we prefer that over tables. The bartender as advertised was amazing! She made our cocktail, wine and food recommendations, all perfect.

For appetizers we had the beef tare tare, which we order whenever we see it on a menu and we just had to try the veal brains, yep veal brains.

The tare tare had a lot of great flavors you expect to find in a good tare tare. The capers, a hint of mustard, tabasco, etc. The side chips paired well, that perfect crunch, just need to serve more as four just won't do it for the amount of tare tare.

I always believe in try anything once, if you don't like it worse case you spit it out. I've had other animal brains so I thought why not fried veal. I mean anything fried is good, right? I'm not a texture person but the texture bothered me on this one, a bit too mushy for me. The flavor was there but what could have helped if the batter was a bit more cooked, it too was soft so the soft and soft didn't work for me. Make it a bit more crunchy and I think you may be on to something. We loved the side sauce, never had a dipping sauce quiet like it with the hint of anchovy. I love how unique this was on a menu so you get some street cred from me for enlightening the Roswell Taste-buds.

For the entrée I will call the veal schnitzel or AKA Costoletta Di Vitello Milanese - bone in veal. It was amazing, the portion was huge and the breading was spot on. The veal itself was pound to the perfect thickness. The veal meat had a great flavor along with the crunch of the breading. The only ding I can give it is it was a bit overcooked, maybe by a minute. The crunch was too hard which made it hard to cut. The side potatoes were excellent. A nice roasted potato with the perfect crusted edges. We ate the entire plate thinking in the beginning we were talking some home, didn't happen.

They brought in two chefs from Italy to create the menu and are well on their way to perfecting it. The Tuscany State has a different diet than the rest of Italy so don't go here expecting a bunch of red sauce and pasta as the main dish. Its a hearty meat and cheese diet so come prepared to eat!

Would I go back? YES! I have to try out the rest of the menu!

Dined there last night and it was our first visit. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. You truly feel like you’re in a Tuscan Osteria. Service was excellent and the food outstanding. Ordered several dishes so we could try a little of everything. Every dish was delicious!!!!! Definitely recommend it and will be going back very soon.
