Chelo, a Persian Middle Eastern restaurant in the heart of Roswell, offers a delightful culinary journey through the flavors of the Middle East.
A standout dish, the Lamb Kabab, is an absolute delight. Despite my previous unfamiliarity with both lamb and Persian Middle Eastern cuisine, I found myself thoroughly enamored after experiencing it at Chelo.
Chelo's warm ambiance and attentive service complete the dining experience, making it a destination worth revisiting for lovers of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.
A heartfelt appreciation goes to the staff, particularly the Marketing Team Rania, whose insightful suggestions heightened the enjoyment of our dining tenfold.
Amazing food, amazing service, and great atmosphere. As a Persian, it is great to be able to go to a restaurant and have the kabob taste just like how my dad made it growing up. This place is my new favorite, sorry Rumi’s.
For sure out of all Persian restaurants, they picked the best name . Nice location and understandable that they want to make money but for sure can remove a row of tables to make it roomy.
Food is good, Barg suffered from flavor but sure was tender. In the other hand Chenje was done right ✅️
Delbar style, they serve individual rice which is great but, tahdig needs to get crispy, otherwise it's just rice.
I heard they don't serve Doogh which is not acceptable for a Persian restaurants. I'm just saying.
Great atmosphere. Excellent! Food service was really good and friendly but they were very busy so things like getting a second drink took a bit long.
Chelo is one of my top 10 favorite restaurants in Georgia! It was an amazing experience. The entire staff was very attentive. I could tell that they pay attention to detail… even the decor and atmosphere were elegant and welcoming. Both the owner and the manager greeted our table to ensure that we were having a pleasurable experience. I really could not pick my favorite dish because everything I tried was so wonderful… from presentation and texture to flavor. Everything was delightful. If you have room for dessert, you will have to try the house made baklava ice cream with the Turkish pressed coffee on the side. It was so delicious it brought tears to my eyes! Even though this restaurant was a bit of a drive for me, I cannot wait to return and sample the remainder of dishes I have not tried.
Don’t forget to make reservations! The town of Roswell is beautiful, making Chelo a destination restaurant.
