Flippin' Pizza - Roswell

Today was my first time eating at Flippin Pizza. Had some meatballs and they were very delicious. They also have the best NY style pizza on this side of town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon.

We had a great time and LOVED the samosa and paneer pizza. It's was finger licking good. Definitely added to our list!!! :-) great vibe and wonderful food. They offer delivery as well within 7mile range. Awesome for us. Yaay!!

I arrived right at 11, when Flipping Pizza opens. The restaurant was still closed, and no one was inside. A few minutes later, a couple of employees arrived and opened up.

I ordered a pizza, pepp rolls, and some cookies. The pizza came out within 20 minutes, the rolls and cookies took around 40.

The pizza looks perfect. The cheese has become crisp in some areas, and is a beautiful golden color. The crust is soft and somewhat thin, with a thin ring around the outside of the pizza. The toppings don't steal the spotlight from the cheese (I have a white pizza, thus no pizza sauce), but they're present in nearly every bite.

The only complaint I have is that the crust has almost no flavor. It's a perfect texture (unless you like a chewier crust), but it really needs a flavor to bring the toppings, cheese, and sometimes sauce all together.

EDIT: I just can't leave this as a 4 star review. The employee (manager?) who was there was super nice. I will definitely be back here at some point. Despite the crust, the pizza is still great. And the fresh baked cookies are delicious.

Had the butter chicken pizza which was a unique and fantastically executed dish that worked far better as a whole than I think anyone would expect from name alone. We also had the tandoori wings, which were phenomenal and will be a staple anytime I return. Which will definitely be soon!
