Kaya Sushi & Ramen

We have been to Kaya 3 times to dine in, and 1 time for takeout. Every time has been awesome. The employees are very nice and the location is so unique and cute inside!
Our family loves ramen and this is our favorite place. I get the Classic Tonkotsu ramen with an extra egg and extra black garlic oil. My husband gets the Kaya Signature or Naruto ramen. We recommend ordering the chili bomb sauce if you like spicy. They serve it on the side. It tastes like it was made with habanero or scotch bonnet peppers, so it's very flavorful. I also love that the eggs at Kaya are perfectly soft boiled and a little runny.
The sushi is good, but I wish there were more options without deep frying.
I also recommend the appetizers, which have always been good as well! We have tried the lollipop shrimp, takoyaki, chashu bun, and chicken karaage. The shrimp are a good size and always cooked perfectly.
I have found myself often wanting the comfort food at Kaya with some hot green tea (now that the weather is getting colder!)

This place is a Family favorite. Every time friends come from out of town we always take them there. The staff is always so happy and fun. The food tastes great. I got sushi and everyone else got Ramen. We celebrated a late birthday as well and got some strawberry sake which tasted great. The staff surprised me with a happy birthday song and I got cake which I think was green tea cheesecake. It tasted fabulous! I love how the place is decorated. There is art and lots to look at when you go to the bathroom. They also sell T-shirts. If you are a fan of anime art and things of that nature you would like the decor.

I’ve had several dinners at Kaya Sushi & Ramen this year, and I feel a little guilty having not shared a review yet of my favorite Asian restaurant in Roswell. By far, Kaya has the best ramen I’ve had in a long time…. much better than the national ramen chain restaurant in downtown Alpharetta (haha). Kaya is a golden nugget tucked away in a shopping center not known for great dining. That being said, the parking is easy and the service is attentive and friendly. The décor is rather simple… intended to resemble an Asian street market. My favorites are Kaya Signature Ramen, Cashu Bun, and the Double Dragon rolls, but honestly, I’ve never had a dish I haven’t liked. Since discovering Kaya, I have taken friends and family, and everyone has enjoyed their meal. Five Stars Plus!

We tried this place on a whim and I'm so glad that we did. The staff was so friendly & anime decor was a plus.
The sushi was so good!! We had to stop ourselves after the second order because we wanted to try their ramen. Had the naruto & nasuki(I think I spelled it right) rolls and they did not disappoint. The rolls were so fresh and nicely portioned. We then ordered their signature ramen and it was so damn good. Definitely ask for their chili bomb sauce if you like it spicy. I cannot wait to go back

Deciced to visit this new place, they just opened last week. Ordered theor fire cracker shrimp (excellent), chicken karage, kaya ramen, tonkatsu ramen, kaya rolls, batman rolls, and couple other rolls. Turned out to be the Best Tonkatsu in town, the flavorful of umami alongside with savory pork belly. My wife live the spicy Kaya Ramen.
Sushi are decent, witj enough flavour on it.
Servers are nice, helpful and friendly.
When you are in the area, must visit this restaurant. Very recommended…👍🏻
