Red Lobster

The great thing about life in the south is that all the people that you come in contact with are friendly. And that is a great description of the people that work at Red Lobster at Holcomb Bridge. They were all smiling and willing to serve and give you their best without making you feel like you're being demanding.

Food was good but it could have been better. I used to come here all the time when I was younger. It went down in food quality. Service was okay. Waited at the door for more than 5 minutes. Waiter took a little long to bring us our to go order (cheese cake) and to go boxes. Nice guy though.

Loved this location. They definitely know customer service and hubby & I had no problem tipping the young lady that served us our meal well. I truly appreciated her being really patient with me with my brain fog & I couldn't find what I wanted to order. She was super sweet.

Had a late dinner the other night. Restaurant was not crowded so food arrived quickly. Plenty of their wonderful biscuits and even had some to take home. The quantity of food and taste were good.

The only downside is I feel things are a little over-priced.

It was my first time dinning at red lobster and it was amazing. I was greeted with smiles and great positive attitudes. I had a very sweet server named Jessica she was a great help when it came to the menu. I enjoyed how patient she was with me, and her bubbly personality. I loved how polite everyone was as I ate. They made me feel comfortable eating there, I surly recommend this place.
