The Courtside Grille

So - we often stay at the Westin for business trips in the area. One issue with the hotel, is that there is no restaurant/lunch service between roughly 2pm and 5pm - - although guests arriving for late afternoon meetings or evening events, often arrive around that hour - sometimes too early for an available room to check in - and a light sandwich or even just an appetizer and soda would be appreciated. The Courtside Grill is the best option - as it is just a short (covered) walk away and offers service all afternoon. A light lunch - or just salsa and chips and a soda -- you'll find something just right.

This time I got the blackened chicken wrap. It was very good. I don't usually get blackened style anything so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was good. The flavor was almost too much so times, the pepper like flavor of the blackened chicken (I don't know how else to describe the flavor), but all in all it was very good. Also, our server was great. She had a great attitude and made us feel quite at home.

I had never heard of this place until a friend of mine who works in the office park suggested we go. We went on a Wednesday night because they have a deal you can't pass up: 1/2 off all alcohol!
The atmosphere was a little odd to me at first because who goes to drink in an athletic club?
It was fairly busy, but the music was perfect for a bar setting and our server was awesome! She was extremely busy but remembered to check on us throughout the night and midway through the night I decided it'd be a great idea to get a bite to eat. The fish tacos were the best in town, I was amazed. I know where I'm spending my next hump day!!
