The Select Restaurant + Bar

The staff, from hostesses to the bar, to the dinner servers were all fantastic. We had a semi private room and everything was brought out to perfection and in a timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone with a small group business function. (We had 14, but the space allows for more). Enjoy!!!

I stopped into The Select while I was passing through Atlanta, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. It is quite difficult to perfectly balance ambience, hospitable service, and quality of food, but David Green and his staff have done just that.

From the moment I entered the doors of the establishment to the moment I hopped into my cab, I was made to feel like a highly respected guest. I left with a sweet taste in my mouth and a content feeling in my stomach.

The cocktails were exquisite, the food was delicious, and the strawberry shortcake was better than my grandmother's personal recipe(sorry Gran).

I would choose this place for a VIP client, a family gathering, or simply a gathering for drinks amongst friends.

Bravo to The Select; I will certainly be back when I come back to Atlanta.

Super excited to have this restaurant in the Sandy Springs area. Had an amazing night here, the experience and food were excellent. If you love seafood- you MUST order the Miso Sea Bass- it was perfection. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful- the ambiance and decor is on point. We had delicious food, great cocktails and outstanding service, looking forward to dining in here again.

The music is a little loud in the bar area. I'd liken akin to cooling a room before a large mass of people arrive. It was probably dialed up for a full room of people and clothing that would absorb the extra volume.

The French Onion soup is delicious but the shape of the crock doesn't make it easy to consume the last 4 bites.

The crab cake while fresh and delicious doesn't deserve the $18 price tag due to the small size.

I have lived in Atlanta for over 36 years. I consider myself somewhat of a foodie. I love to cook and entertain, but I also love to go out to dinner and let someone else do the work. From the moment we walked through the door to the restaurant until we left to go to the theater we felt like we had been transported to another planet. The Select is the best restaurant in our opinion to have Graced the Atlanta stage. Not only were the cocktails some of the best ever, our dinner was over the top spectacular. The appetizer that was recommended by our server was filled with so many mouth tingling bites that you wanted to just keep eating. The beet salad was so good and so beautifully prepared and presented that you really didn’t want to eat it until you took photographs. Dinner was spectacular. When was the last time that you actually felt like your entrée was too hot to eat?The red snapper special came right from the pan to the table. Best fish I’ve ever eaten.I won’t tell you about the dessert because I want it all to myself whenever we go to the Select for dinner. Run don’t walk before the restaurant finds itself booked for months at a time. I also want to commend the wait staff. Spectacular. Why Go to Paris when you can just go to Sandy Springs and enjoy fabulous food. Kudos to everyone who has been involved in making this a fabulous restaurant.
