This place opened up where the firehouse subs used to be.

Decent stir fry. I tried the egg ram don. The noodle portions are huge but the veggie and protein portions/choices are limited. Kind of wish I could do a higher veggie to noodle ratio but overall it was very tasty. I got cabbage, jalapeños and onions and chose tofu and shrimp as my proteins and it was very spicy and savory. The egg was over cooked in my opinion- the yolk was solid through and it was precooked waiting in like a steamer basket. Would have preferred a runny yolk but still decent. The people working there were friendly and efficient. Didn’t take long to make my bowl and the spinning wok thing they cook the bowls in is pretty cool. I will definitely be going back especially since they are so close to me.

Only real complaint about this place is the amount of waste generated for each order - they use paper cartons to prep your order, keep the protein pre cut and portioned in plastic disposable containers, and give plastic disposable bowls even for dine in options. Would be nice to see them use reusable/washable containers where possible. Even though the bowls are technically recyclable I doubt they are washing and recycling them in store.

Oh wow!! I didn’t know this place was opened, so when I saw it was, I just walked in to check it out. Everyone was so nice and they have these cool cooking pots (or woks) that make your experience even more fun! Their base price is the same for any two proteins, so I got shrimp and salmon along with noodles and 3 veggies. My food was so fresh and absolutely delicious! I am so glad I stumbled in. I wasn’t even planning to but it was such a treat for dinner. 😊
