LongHorn Steakhouse

Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch. We were seated upon arrival and drink orders were taken shortly after reaching our table. We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and Mushroom Swiss Hamburger lunch special. All items were served fresh, cooked to order and were very tasty. The specials came with a choice of soup, salad, fries or other side and were served with an order of baked chips served with a light cheese sauce covered in bacon bits. Jonathan, our server, repeatedly checked on our us throughout the meal and ensured drinks were replenished. He also made take-away drinks for the ride home. It was a very pleasent and enjoyable lunch that made the day that much nicer.

Steaks we're great! Just the way I wanted them. Waitress was not friendly at all, and very Rude!

Perfect steak. The Steakhouse Mac N Cheese was amazing as usual. Ofcourse, you can't forget that loaded baked potato. 5 star food and service hands down.

With this long horn here in Brunswick it's a hit or miss. Our family does the online ordering which always works best for us. That service itself was great as always that's why I gave three stars. But the food was another story. I'm not sure if the cooks know how to cook the food to the right temperature. They seem not to know the what medium well or well done is. Either way they need more training or just plain don't care. My sides didn't go with the steaks I ordered they where mixed up . I don't know what to really say bad about this place except make sure your kitchen staff pay for attention to what they are doing. Anyway called backed and talked to a manager who's name was Ashley who apologized and said she would send me a gift card through my email which I haven't seen as of yet but will give a few days. Don't know about anyone else but when spending that much money on one meal then I expect it to be right.

I Love this place. My food was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our waitress was very prompt and courteous. My husband's salad and baked sweet potato was perfect. His steak was cooked perfectly, however it had not been seasoned.
