Papa John's Pizza

90% of the time, we are completely satisfied. Now that they deliver to my side of town, we frequent Papa John's delivery.
Usually all goes well. On occasion, things happen or it seems the Pizza isn't what we expect. If it ever becomes a trend, I'll call and let them know. For the most part, we expect the food and service to be good.
I can say, the new points system is not my favorite. We all know it's not the fault of any local store, but "Papa John" needs to hear it. I can't be alone.

It took almost an HOUR and A HALF! They told me it was going to take approx 28 minutes. I ordered my pizza online at 9:42pm and called the store around 1035pm to inquire about the delivery. I spoke with David and he stated it’ll be about 10 min longer and the driver haven’t even leave the store yet! So, I got in my vehicle around 1050pm and called to see if I could just pick it up at this point. Again, David answers the phone and told me that the driver should be about 5 - 10min away. The pizza still isn’t here! It is unacceptable and my first time writing a review. I understand the business model regarding time, but just be honest. If I would’ve known, I could’ve picked up my pizza.

Sorry for the long story guys, but this place SUCKS. If you want pizza, just pick it up. DAVID was nice but good lord, the process is so unprofessional.

***UPDATE****
The delivery driver arrived around 1130. Tony (manager) was exceptional. He was very understanding and mitigated the situation immediately. It was customer first and he had a great attitude. The delivery driver undtopf as well. Overall great experience once they showed up! I appreciate it; therefore, changing my rating. Thank you papa johns!

Blake has got to be the best driver I've ever dealt with. Prompt phone calls and text messages to let me know when he is close by. Amazing attitude as well! Go Blake!

Papa johns is reliable, solid, tasty pizza with options that satisfy. Clean establishment with employees who didnt look miserable working and they all were very polite

The service was very fast and friendly. The pizza was great and the employees were great. Everyone greeted me and was extremely polite which is nice to see because I am from South Florida and service down there isn't as polite. Keep up the great work!
