Sea Salt Healthy Kitchen

Had the ketosis bowl with with chicken. It was fantastic. All of the veggies had so much flavor. It’s a lot of food so you could really eat it without the protein and be satisfied. Prices are a little high though. It’s worth it though for healthy clean eating. Will be back.

This might be the best place between Savannah and Jacksonville. So well done. We ate there multiple times and everything was amazing! Fresh and healthy and delicious. Dishes and cutlery are compostable. GREAT establishment.

So happy this place is here!!! Great healthy menu with lots of options and delicious high quality food! Already been 3 times and have loved everything I've tasted! Keto, Vegan, gluten-free, paleo, hormone free meat, etc...
Only issue - the very flimsy (compostable) plates and utensils make it very difficult and awkward to eat the items that are not hand-held and require being cut into bite sized pieces.

Fresh, tasty and healthy food! Very welcome addition to SSI. It is so rare to find vegetarian options offered and this restaurant has a great selection. But there are also plenty of options for anyone. The Holly Avocado Toast was amazing. I also got some of their fresh juice drinks and they were delicious. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming.
