I just can't give it 5 stars because they don't keep the lines down when trying to cash out by using two employees and truck drivers have a hard time with being in line for a drink or a scale ticket and it takes alot of time for something so small”

“We ordered a to-go order and asked for two drinks to hold us over while we waited on our food to be made and we did not receive the drinks until the food was already prepared and bagged. There was also a confusion on who was going to take our order. We were passed back and forth between three different people before I order was taken. Two others came in after us and ordered a to go order with drinks and got their drinks right away. We waited for a good while before getting our food. Once we got home with our food our expectations were not quite met. The beef on the beef and broccoli seem to be overcooked and the broccoli seem to be undercooked. The eggrolls were extra crispy. We only ordered one type of rice but got two different types. The second type was really dry. The noodles were good. And the sweet and sour chicken was not only really small pieces but also cold. Wasn't worth the wait.”

Went back this Friday and not only did our young daughter recognize our waitress from last week and break out in a huge grin. The server recognized her and gave her a big hug before we sat down. The only reason I did not give 5 stars it was clear they needed more staff the 2 employees that were there were working the front counter, and drive through . They had to make sandwiches and prep veggies and bake bread resulting in overworked employees who were less than happy to see customers. The worst part is that this was the scheduled amount of employees.”
