Firehouse Subs

Also have loved this place and can never complain. They always get my order right and it tastes great. The Hook & Ladder is my personal favorite.

We have been to a lot of Firehouse between SC, NC, and GA. All of which taste the same but the Buford location. The staff was carefree young, the floors were ridiculously dirty and the sub just had a different taste. I’m not sure if this is an independently owned store but hopefully they can make they’re subs like the original stores in the future. Hoping my next trip to Buford they will have a better sub and a cleaner facility.

I have been to this location 2 times and each time orders were wrong especially the items we have asked to be added and paid for. Never again will I place an order here. I did an online review as well and asked to be contacted but never heard from anyone. Firehouse was great up in Pittsburgh and I have been to the Johns Creek location which was excellent service & food. We live near this location (Buford - MOG). I'll have to find another location and try them. However, if you submit an order online through their website or app make sure you check your order, if you can.
