la Madeleine French Bakery & Cafe Buford

I love this place. It's strange, I never find myself craving it, but every time I go here I walk away pleased as could be. The food is all very simple, and very good. Highly recommend.

Good food. A classy spin on cafeteria food. Soup salad and desserts are behind the counter and served. The sandwiches and other menu items made in the kitchen. This can be a quick bite or you can order off menu and wait for them to make it. It was my first time and it was a little confusing on how exactly it worked but that was by no means a show stopper. Everyone was friendly and helpful when asked for assistance on how it works. I believe when they see customers walk in clueless they could be a more proactive and try to assist them or explain the process. Other than that no complaints.

The food here is average and not exactly tasty. I've had much better and expected much more. There is not much to be said about the service, you'd have to stand in line to order your food and get a number, then sit yourself and wait to be served. Maybe my expectations were wrong. I hoped for something better, but the servers were nice and courteous.

Would not be my top breakfast spot.

Although the place does not look great from the outside, it is a cute and cozy French cafe. Like most French cafes, the portions are small and pricey, but the taste is incredible. The food tastes as good as it looks, and the staff is extremely nice. Despite being a French cafe, they also have some American dishes. I would definitely come back here!

Went here for breakfast this morning and enjoyed myself. The staff was friendly and nice and all had great attitudes. The food was good and this location has good space. I will eat here again!!!!
