staff worked together well to make sure orders were right and food was very good. They accommodated our large group with no problem. Not overbearing nor unresponsive to our needs. Just right

Had a great dinner with my family last night. Everyone was friendly and upbeat and helpful. Sabrina was a great waitress and morgan made me the perfect drink. Food was average but the service from everyone in the building is what will have me coming back. Next time I’m sitting at the bar!

So glad I came into Smokey bones tonight. Great staff and really good food. Everyone is so fun and attractive here it’s crazy. A sweet server greeted me at the door with a smile. Alex at the bar was so pleasant and hospitable i was very impressed. A manager even came to make sure I was okay. Whoever was in the back made my food with some love. Was hesitant because of other reviews but this had to be one of the best dining experiences in the area. If your looking for a fun, laid back dinner.. this is the place to go 100 percent! Would love to see management respond to these positive reviews rather than strictly the negative ones because these employees need some recognition!

My son likes the smoked wings he had tried here with his grandparents. We all went today and got a sampler appetizer and the bone pit for 4/5. The floors were sticky and there was a smell, probably someone mopped with dirty mop water. The appetizer took a long time to come out, but overall it was good. They have 4 BBQ sauces on the table but they all tasted rather similar, not bad, just basic. The bone grill had sausage, steak, chicken, ribs, smoked wings and steak fries. The sausage and ribs were tasty as well as the steak fries. The steak itself had very little flavor. I didn't like the wings but my son did, still. The chicken however no one liked or ate b/c it's texture was sketchy, a bit like rubber. When I first bit into it, I actually pulled it out because it was like it was raw, texture wise, it wasn't...my son said it wasn't like that last time though. Even though the server herself was good, I won't be back. If you are in the area and want a clean restaurant with good food, try 'cue off Lawrenceville Suwanee.
