Starbucks

I’ve been going here quite frequently for a year and a half. A gentleman by the name of Freddy who works there, is the most kindest person ever. From my first experience of coming in and ordering my drink over the app and ordering it from the wrong store. He could tell I was on my way to work and he quickly with a smile said No worries at all I’ll take care of it. Any time he’s on the drive thru he’s such a sweetheart and he truly brings great positivity to your store and that’s hard to find. Just wanted to share :-)

This Starbucks always provides great service. On one occasion, the attendant at the drive thru let me known that they had run out of freshly brewed coffee, and that a substitute made of espresso was what they were offering. I don't do espresso, so I let him know. He fixed it so that I could get coffee instead. I'm not sure how, but I really appreciated him going out of his way to satisfy me as a customer. My order was perfect! Thanks!
