Italian Pie (In Dacula GA)

It was my first time here. The Customer service was great and very helpful. The food was hot and tasted fantastic. No problems whatsoever. I'm gonna bring some friends the next time i come back. By the way i wouldn't have known this place if it wasn't for my friend.

Love this place. My son loves the deep dish pizza. The lemon pepper wings USED to be the best...sorry to say they are now small, dry, ang greasy ???? and the guy we really liked there hasn't been seen for a bit. But for the price and how much my son likes it, I'll stick with 5 stars.

The food is delicious! Do not doubt that. And the Lunch Specials are a great deal!! For the past 6 months we have loved eating here each weekend, but in the last month, they have gotten our order wrong twice and my husband had to wait an extra 20 minutes each time he went for pickup so they could remake the pizza only to have it remade the second time incorrectly, both times. And they did not offer any type of discount or make an effort to make up for it. For some reason this part of the business has really taken a turn, and not for the better. We still eat here, but not as often anymore simply for that reason. We don't know how long we will have to wait to eat and if it will be what we wanted and paid for in the end.

Delicious hot NY pizza! Loved the garlic knots and cinnamon knots too. The meat on their meat-lovers tastes truly meaty!!
Not super impressed by the professionalism of the order taker but the rest of the staff were great.
Don't drive your big huge SUV here, the parking is really tight :( I was uncomfortable and I just have a little civic.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. Amazing food for the price. The customer service has gone down hill since they hired the new girl at the cash register. She's not friendly, tonight she had her jacket and hands around her face and couldn't understand a word she was saying. Food is worth it but we need to just start getting our order to go. When people come in they should be greeted by a smiling face and someone that can communicate clear and concisely.
