Starbucks

I usually have a complicated and kind of pretentious order, BUT the man who made my drink was amazing!! Quickly done, very friendly, and didn't make me feel bad for my order. Love this place!!

This location struggles, but it’s not the worst.
The drive through line is often very long, and it’s faster to go inside and wait. That doesn’t mean that the inside is always fast. The barista today was telling me that the company recently upgraded their bar, but there was broken equipment. The staff cant do their jobs efficiently with broken equipment, and it’s on corporate to give them the tools they need.
The staff is very nice and doing the best that they can. The inside is always clean.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, the staff members are friendly; the drinks are always right; they taste good; and my order is correct. The positive interaction with the staff is contagious.

Love Starbucks too much! Again for that detailed requests on my particular ONLY drink I consume from there; great service and well made! No complaints! Well Done Hamilton Mill Starbucks!
