Food was good and service was wonderful

The food was good but the customer service is horrible. Everyone had on a mask except for the manager, when asked why he didn’t have on a mask because he was preparing customers food he became very arrogant saying that a mask wasn’t required, he then asked the cashier who are we because we asked for him to put a mask on while preparing our food, he was also seen smirking and having some type of conversation with various co-workers because they would then look up at us as they was speaking to one another. Several people asked the manager to put a mask on in which he did reluctantly based off of his mannerisms. I’ve included a picture below. I hope that the upper management will correct these issues.
