A fancy Chinese all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant with authentic and delicious hotpot base and food. It was new open as we got there. The price was less than $30. The meat and vegetables were fresh and had a variety of options. The cola products were also unlimited. The service was so amazing that servers were always friendly to help us clean the empty containers with smiles. WiFi was fast. The place was clean and shining. If I lived around here, I could come here every week!
Pot was hot. Meats and ingredients were top shelf, exquisite, and fresh. Indulge your sinuses and taste pallet in a bowl of delicious broth, meats, and/or vegetarian morsels. Staff were very kind and friendly.
Totally recommend especially during this allergy season.
I recently visited Hot Pot Times and was blown away by the affordable all-you-can-eat option. The staff was fantastic at clearing away our plates and keeping things tidy. The variety of meat options, including clams and oysters, was impressive and the value for the price is unbeatable. However, I did have some issues with the vegetable selection as some of them were not properly washed and made my soup taste gritty. While the food quality may not be top-notch, the value for the price is insane. Overall, I would recommend Hot Pot Times for those looking for a budget-friendly all-you-can-eat experience, just be sure to temper your expectations on the food quality.
Reminds me of self-serve AYCE hotpot restaurants in Asia. Honestly appalled by some of these negative reviews that might be ignorant of concepts like these. Service was great, the restaurant was clean and they restocked food often.
I opted for the lamb base since it's rarer to see. Was great and flavorful. Sauce bar is up to par with others! Love the meat fridge and you can get as much as you want. Quality is decent for an AYCE. I'm more surprised by the veggie & side dishes in the fridges. Also classic buffet ice cream for dessert!
Overall a casual sit down experience, my first at an authentic Hot Pot diner. The service staff were all polite and helpful. The customers appeared to be having a great time with the whole process. Being a hot pot novice a wonderful manager explained very patiently how to select the dishes, soup base and dips and use the burner to cook them. A waiter showed me how to hold the chopsticks 🥢 I was quite preoccupied by the ritual of this meal and how delicious it was. The service staff cleaned continuously kept the tables clutter free. Slight caveat, those dishes are a lot when combining in the soup, it's a big meal.
