    First time having fried chicken in this location. The manager was very nice and friendly. She gave me a lot different source packs to try. Also she stopped by every table asking if everything was okay.
    I saw one guy waiting for his order longer than others because he ordered something they had to make from start. During the wait, the manager confirmed with kitchen a few times if they’ve started making it and how long it would be. Also she updated estimated waiting time every few minutes. If my order was slow, I would feel comfortable staff does that.

    Went to try the new chicken sandwich. It was good. Really big piece of chicken, tender and juicy. I went for the spicy version. It was tangy but not spicy. The sauce was a little salty for my taste. I'd eat another one but I'd probably go for a regular sandwich and just add my own Tabasco.
