This place is absolutely fabulous. I've been coming here for about two years. Everything is fresh and comes quickly considering it's hand pressed.

I finally did the what I thought was so difficult and that was their 3 day juice fast. It was easier than I thought and all the the juices had a refreshing taste. I lost 7 lbs and some inches(I didn't track but could tell in my clothes). I recommend this place and I will be trying everything else on the menu. The people who are also very helpful, friendly, and want you to be as healthy as you can be.

1st time coming here and I love it ????. I was greeted with a smile by someone who seemed to really love their job. Although I did not try a smoothie, The food is great! The inside gives you that nice farm house cafe vibe, which Does not come easy in Duluth. Oh yeah and it’s black owned so I felt even more thrilled to see people who look like me eat healthy.

This place is amazing. Owner is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. She has something for whatever is ailing me. Juice is always fresh and delicious. Sweet Beet with added ginger is my personal favorite.
