Tokyo Shokudo

Loved my first visit here. We ordered a variety of different food and it was all delicious. The sushi was perfect and the bento boxes are a fantastic deal. Glad to find such a nice mom and pop shop in the area.

I love this place!! Best Japanese food I’ve had since my family’s restaurant. The prices are very cheap and reasonable for Japanese food. The food is also fresh and amazing, my boyfriend and I never leave a drop of food on the plates. The lady who works in the front is really sweet and the place is cute and well furnished. I would come here every day if I could!!

We really liked this place. It seems to be run by a husband/wife combo but I could be wrong. They were the only two working so service was a bit slow but not because they were standing around. The food was delicious. I had the deluxe sushi set. The nigiri was fresh and the way he made it is very technical and skilled, unlike the majority of poorly trained sushi chefs. Overall this a cozy, relaxed place with great nigiri.

I love this restaurant! Been here twice now and both times had really fresh delicious sushi. Very local, very traditional feel. This time the sushi chef even told us the ingredients for a roll we wanted weren't of a quality to be served would we please choose something else. I love the genuineness of the entire restaurant. Excellent friendly service too
