Church's Chicken

I ordered Smokehouse combo and I was told that it was going to be 17 mins of wait and I don’t regret that wait as my chicken was absolutely amazing. It was juicy and fresh and so delicious. There was a smokehouse kept at the food station yet the front lady placed a fresh order for me. I feel like these people really go out of their way to give the best chicken and service to their customers.

On August 7th I really wanted Church's Chicken and decided to go here because it's the only one around the area I'm staying. I ended up getting 10 pieces, for biscuits, and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The food was good, but the chicken was awful. The chicken itself was too dark in color for being spicy and was dry and overly crispy. They were too far away to even bother going back, but I definitely called to complain. I told them I didn't want anything from them but wanted to offer constructive criticism, but the lady insisted on replacing my food and told me that management just changed on the 1st of August. I accepted her offer but couldn't go back until the next day, but it was worth it because she made everything for me fresh while I went and got gas and ran a couple errands. When I got the food home, I saw that she had even sealed the box with Church's Chicken stickers, which not only kept it super-hot, but it just showed me she put in extra effort. The food was delicious! This is definitely different than what I got yesterday, and I will be coming back. I'm a person who appreciates customer service more than good food, and the fact that she offered to fix what was wrong made me realize that they really care about their customers, so I thought I'd take the time to say thank you to the management at this store and to say you now have a loyal customer!

The food is good, and and the staff is nice. We had to wait for a little longer because they were understaffed. Worth the wait though
