Firehouse Subs

Great food and fast service. A++

Firehouse as a chain has never let me down food-wise. The sandwiches are consistently good no matter where I go, but this location was super irritating. Maybe it was just that day, but I ordered 2 sandwiches (hey, it's what they DO!), and I coulda knitted a sweater or planted and harvested corn in the time it took. I realize it's probably not the most exciting job on the planet, but please try to kick it up a notch. I don't want to hang around any longer than you want me staring at you waiting for my food.

I use to love firehouse subs, I have found that the larger the city, the worse the customer service. I don’t like writing bad reviews on charitable establishments . The waitress said her name was stormy, I just had surgery so I couldn’t come out, I had been wanting a firehouse roast beef sub so bad. So I send someone to pick it up, he decided to get a turkey sub while he was there. I wanted a little of the house sauce that sits on the counter with the other sauces, I knew he wouldn’t know which one so I called back and stormy could she put some in a tiny container which they usually have sitting near the hot sauce, she told me know, that if I want it then he have to get it himself, ???? I would not buy another sub from here for nothing. I have never run across such bad disposition. 2/5/19 Since writing the initial review I have been back a couple times and service was wonderful as was the food.
