I want to give 5 stars but this is unlikely. I've been ordering from here for months and over time I've seen improvement, maybe new management or staff?. When I come into this establishment customer service is almost always a 10 (sometimes an 8). This place is 9/10 always clean, but it can get hot as it is a small building with 2 tables. My only problem is delivery. It takes them a long time to answer the phones often, and if you get the horrifying-glory to be placed on hold (but not really) it is a reality TV drama! The delivery drivers here sometimes reek of trees.. and just hand you your order, like "okay where's my tip". This establishment could use a little more diversity as well, seems to be ran by young people and/or also teenagers. My last delivery order was July, 22nd and I was pleased. (again maybe added staff?) My delivery person was a young lady with glasses, very helpful and charismatic. Aside from that, the deep-dish pizza is the best I've had in the city, as I proceed to recommend friends and family.
Jets pizza is really good and I’ve been ordering for over 2 years (deep dish), I crave the crunch! However lately they seem to take so long to answer their phone and takes even longer to prepare the pizza. I think they are understaffed and they need to have a better system. Also the last 5 times I went their open sign is never on. I feel bad for whoever has to do all the work themselves and I hope management fixes that.
Small place, but great value and big on taste! I'm loving the small personal 1-topping with turbo crust and their Jet Boats. Both are able to fill you up and all the flavors are what I want in a pizza. The bread and crust are the winner here as its crunchy and chewy and satisfying. They make the bread in house daily. I recommend this location in particular as they have been consistent in timing and quality.
$6 for two pepperoni slices and a bottle of Pepsi product. The pizza is delicious with the best mozzarella you will find at a fast pizza joint and those crunchy corners. I only wish there was one closer to where I live because it's not as good after it's gotten soggy.
