My girlfriend and I had a beautiful experience here this particular evening. The hostess was a ball if fire and oh so sweet. The menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable. When you walk in, your mouth starts to salivate and you know you're in the mood for some good BBQ and so many tasty sides to choose from. They also bring you these delicious cheesey mini corn muffins/rolls to the table. Great iced tea and they also offer some amazing desserts..Come in for some delectable food, great customer service and a comfortable atmosphere.

Great service from my server - Keyona!!! Brisket was good; not great, but good. Mac-n-cheese was a solid recommendation; however, the collards - not-so-much - way too many stems! Their sweet tea is great, and the ice makes it even better!

I really want to love this place IF ONLY.....

If only they would slow down, then fully cook their brisket so it would come out tender. For a tough cut like brisket, takes time for the connective tissues to break down and for a highly flavorful "bark" to develop. The last two orders, one was inedible and the other was just barely passable. Cooked too fast and just barely legal for done leaves an inedible brisket.

If only they would let the chicken and ribs sit on rack long enough to get the meat to release from the bone. It was cooked to the lowest legal level of done but just barely passable and not nearly as good as it could have been.

If only the staff were truly fluent in proper hospitality. Using the minimum polite words in a dismissive and abrupt way is still impolite.

I have hope the management will address the overly rushed kitchen so the food was great and every order was perfect and the stressed out staff had time to be hospitable to their customers.

They have moments of brilliance with a great side dishes and a female bartender with the perfect amount of service and sassy. But every meal has had at least one horrible flaw or mistake.

Please, Management, address this and earn the other stars!

Nice place. Nice atmosphere. Quality service. They are very attentive to their customers, as well as keeping everything nice and tidy. I will be going back soon.
