I would say that the food comes out a-little on the slower side, but it is definitely worth the wait. They are probably spending more time than other restaurants to make the food extra delicious. I would 10/10 recommend.

Might I dare say this place is truly fabulous. Small place in size big taste in flavor. Even though I was slightly disappointed by the quantity, it was only because I wanted more. This place surely relieves my cravings for a good seafood boil.

We dined there for the first time this past Sunday. Food was comparable to Juicy Crab but less messy and was really good. I absolutely love the broccoli and corn in the sauce. Love the fact that you have the option of buying shrimp already peeled and deveined too. Only concern is if you go right at peek dinner time you may have to wait for a table or share one of their huge tables.

This place has delicious seafood. The garlic butter sauce used for the seafood boil is finger licking good. It comes in mild, medium and spicy. The shrimp and crab taste fresh and the fried fish is also very good. Prices are reasonable the the service is good. I've been here twice in one week. I hope they stay the same.

We have eaten at the Louisiana Shack more than ten times now. Each and every time the food has been superb. The staff has invariably been friendly, cheerful and fun to be around. By now we have tried everything on the menu except the catfish. There is nothing that I would recommend above the other menu items because it's all so good so pick your favorite when you eat here.

Just be aware of one thing. You may (probably will) have to wait to get your food. The reason is that everything is prepared once you order. The only exceptions are the gumbo as well as the red beans & rice. Also be aware that this place is closed on Tuesdays which is a little unusual.

So bring your appetite and experience some really good food.
