I am an avid Starbucks drinker, and I enjoy this Starbucks a lot, glad that one was put in this area. Although it can get extremely busy, the staff are so nice and pleasant and take the time to actually know and remember my name. My drinks are always amazing and the customer service is awesome!

Staff is very nice but sometimes drinks are not well. And please make sure on the online orders to be specific if you guys have in store service because today I got my drinks online and when I went to pick them up they were close and the Indian girl want me to make that huge line and for me didn’t make sense to order online to make line. Also my drink was ready and I was so close to the window and she didn’t give it to me.

    Good and bad ...
This is a newer Starbucks facility, having been open a few months now. Basically, when it comes to courtesy, customer service, and product, I would give them 5 stars. They have that part covered easily. However, when it comes to the culture of a Starbucks, the ambiance of a store, and honestly the business decision made here, I would have to give only 1 star ..... Thus, the average is 3 stars.

Ultimately, people want Starbucks for 2 reasons .. the products (coffee, latte, etc.), and the ambiance. Personally, I enjoy going to a Starbucks, pulling out my laptop, and getting my work done while enjoying the aroma of coffee, the sound of soft music, and the comfort of the surroundings. n this case, however, they show a beautiful facility, but allow no one to enter and enjoy it. In essence, I can only imagine they wasted a significant amount of money to create appearance, when they could have built a much smaller drive-thru-only facility that would do the same job with far less costs involved. My assumption is that the facility is bait ... you go there thinking you can enjoy it, then find out you can't, but while you are there you might as well drive thru and get the coffee you had your heart set on. And to be fair, it worked on me twice, but no more. I have begun regularly attending other coffee shops in the area, such as Einstein Bagel, where I can enjoy the product, as well as the atmosphere, and get my work done on my laptop at the same time.

While the strategy of the bait and switch can work, it is short-lived at best. Eventually, people quit falling for the bait, and you lose them in the long run. While this may bring in business early, it is not a good strategy for long-lasting repeat business, which should be the goal of every business-owner.

My experience at this Starbucks location has consistently been amazing and it has become my #1 coffee shop. I regularly pass by three other stores to get to this one because I know the staff will be incredibly friendly and helpful, and my drinks will always be made perfectly. I’ve been here dozens of times since they opened up and I’ve never had a bad experience. This store has another level of service that others cannot reach.
