Versace Dominican Restaurant Caribbean Food

Our second visit to Versace and it was simply amazing. When they say they have the best Mofungo in Atlanta, it's an understatement. Every dish we have tried was fresh, seasoned perfectly (not salty), and cooked to where you can eat it as soon as it arrives (hot but not burning the mouth). During our second visit hubby had the Red Snapper 😋 . He loves his seafood & being from DC he is very critical when it comes to seafood. He ate every bite of his red snapper with his fingers. I know may sound gross but you can't really get the full piece of the meat without a few fingers. I tried the fish and the seasoning was soaked through to the bones. I've never had fish seasoned so well. Versace is defiantly a resturant we will frequent often. Perfect location, great staff, and live music on Saturday nights really made the experience unforgettable. Versace is great for families or a date night. We plan to come back with the family very soon.

Visited today with my husband, sat at the bar. Great atmosphere with a live band playing. Andres was super attentive and professional. We tried the fried plantains, chicken wings, and empanadas.

Fried plantains were perfectly cooked and super sweet. The chicken wings were ridiculously tender so they must be baked, or fried. They were good. The beef empanada was better than the chicken but the crust on both of them was superb.

My strawberry margarita was also delicious. I’d love to come back and try a seafood dish and the pineapple pins colada.

Versace offered my husband and I a great, semi-upscale dining experience for a reasonable price.
The menu is extensive, with lots of Caribbean-inspired food and drink options. My husband and I both ordered chicken dishes with creamy sauce and white rice or mashed potatoes...delicious!
The waitstaff is plentiful and, as a result, the service is very good.
There was live music and beautiful decor...plenty of photo opportunities 😍.
Cleanliness is an obvious priority. I marveled at the restrooms.
We will certainly be returning on the near future.

Food was really good. Genesis was very attentive and nice. Very fast service.. and very nice vibe. Very Dominican with the live music, I loved it. Made me feel like I was back home. I would come back again.

My husband and I visited for the first time and was super impressed with the service, food, and friendly staff. Our waitress was Genesis and she made sure our first impression was a lasting impression! We will definitely be returning and bringing our other family the next time!
