Location. Location. Location. Plus everything else a decent coffee shop has. 5 stars

The relaxing view of the lake was great, coffee was strong and tasty- not too bitter like Starbucks. Service was very friendly. Only thing I disliked was the volume/type of the music. I think a more relaxing background music and less loud would be more appropriate for the lake setting, and make the whole place much more comfortable.

Cute little place. Perfect for studying for a law final. The food and drinks were delicious, not too loud or crowded on a Sunday morning. Good size tables and a wonderful view.

Much better than a Panera or Starbucks for a lazy breakfast or study session.

Downside: prices are more than chain coffee shops. But you get what you pay for and support small business. I'll be coming back here again; first time here and already love it

Love this place come here every other day but I’m going to have to start looking for somewhere else to go. I don’t like that you cant sit down without buying something. It starts to add up if you come everyday & somedays I may not want anything. Only downside about this place.
