Five stars is based completely on the drive through. The woman working the window on weekday mornings is amazing. Always starts my day with a smile.

Exceptional performance and service from the drive thru this morning. The food was sub-par, but the drive thru person made the experience more than just bearable, she made it awesome! With her attentiveness to detail, great attitude, quick proactive thinking, great personality, and professional behavior, she is an asset to your team. I did not receive free food (didn't want/ask for it); nothing out of the ordinary was talked about; I do not "like" her; I'm not her friend/family member; and there wasn't much of a conversation. Just within the little interaction, I could tell she was all of the above by the way she carried herself, carried on our brief conversation, and the level of professional attention. Will be coming again and will be expecting the rest of your team to be at the same level in their positions from management down ie: make sure the French toast sticks aren't hard and soggy at the same time... like this morning...

I don't go to this location regularly but when I do they usually get it right. Tried the new impossible whopper which was great, tasted more plantlike than other places but still a reasonable option. If you're vegan, definitely ask for it to not be cooked near the beef otherwise it's cooked in the same place. Interior was clean and service was quick.

Ive been getting breakfast there for a couple weeks now..and every time the biscuits are soft the hash browns are just right and I'm in & out quickly. Friendly service..never once did they get my order wrong. Great job BK!

They do a good job. The food is always hot and we'll prepared. The manager over there doesn't play.
