Nicole made us the most beautiful, unique, and goth romantic cake ever. The flavors were so unique, and the cake was so moist and delicious! Our guests were ecstatic to try the desserts too!!! It was the best wedding cake we could have hoped for!

We wanted a delicious, unique wedding cake and Gingerspice was absolutely the right choice! Nicole was so easy to work with and created the most outstanding cake for us. It tasted amazing and was so beautifully decorated. We also requested a small cake to celebrate a grandfather's birthday and 100 pumpkin, apple, peach pie tarts for our wedding. Everything Gingerspice made was unbelievably fantastic! We cannot recommend this bakery enough!

Nicole is so sweet, professional, and was so kind to work with for our wedding cakes! When we tried the sample cakes, which were adorable and delicious, we knew Gingerspice would be the one! She offers many great flavors and gluten free options. I sent her ideas for our wedding cake and she was very helpful with suggestions. She also let me make last minute changes to our cakes. Our wedding cakes turned out so beautiful, just like we envisioned! We got many compliments from our guests about how yummy the cakes were and the buttercream is amazing! Nicole from Ginger Spice did a phenomenal job with our wedding cake. My husband and I were anxious about finding a gluten free cake that would fit his Celiac needs, but Nicole blew all of our fears away by producing the best cake either of us had ever eaten!
