Definitely should try the Ca Nuong Big Fish. Similar to the ca nuong at Saigon Block in Dallas. My wife loves the buon canh cua king crab noodle.

This place is amazing! They have authentic Vietnamese dishes, and the service is hands-down some of the best I've had.

Mon Viet has excellent food. The employees are all extremely friendly and provide some of the best service I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I have dietary restrictions and they went out of their way to do everything they could to make food that worked for me and to provide recommendations.

We have gotten a few items to go prior when they first opened and was impressed with the more non traditional Viet dishes. Finally had a chance to dien in and eat the standard pho, canh chua ca (sour fish soup) and xuon ram mang (caramelized pork ribs). All was very flavorful without the excess use of msg. The wife really like the pho while I enjoyed the caramelized pork ribs. The canh chua was on point with the flavor, not overly sour where you can't taste in the ingredients. Catfish in the soup was fatty and good. We were worried that the menu was too vast and offering way too much to be good. We will continue to come here for Viet food. This is a contender to the nearby Yany.
