    Frank provides premium customer service and goes above and BEYOND to accommodate all of his food guests! Thank you Frank for incredibly representing Shane's Rib Shack. Great food + Great customer service= Great/lasting experience

    Went for the Veteran's day meal, and was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was HUGE! Great taste, and love what they do for veterans.

    Went in for Veterans Day promotion. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Shane's Rib Shack closest to where we live closed a while back so I meet my wife at the one near her work. A manager was even going around and checking on customers. Thanks for the free lunch and definitely have to stop in again when I am in the area.

    The food is very good, just not the best BBQ I've ever had. Good size portions, good prices and great customer service. I've been there 3 times and will continue to patronize this location. The employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. Frank, Bree and another young lady whose name I didn't get are the type of employees that all establishments should have. If I could give 4.5 ???? because of the great ees I would.

    What an amazing dine-in experience... excellent customer service from Frank and the staff... and of course Shane’s doesn’t disappointment but I must say such incredible service from this location... I almost forgot that customer service can still be this good... definitely noteworthy of a review :)
