Very slow service but food was good.

The manager on this day was so kind and gave such great customer service, that my 9 year old son stopped eating to go tell this manager how Great her customer service has been towards us????

Went to this location because the location that is near our office had a gas leak and were very rude. So my coworker and I decided to try this location and i believe i would rather drive 10 mins out of the way to this location over the one that is literally 2 miles from our office. They gave us the best customer service, the food was hot, everything was actually in our bags, and the restaurant was clean.

The most uncomfortable thing to do as a customer is to have to choose whether to have your order remade when something is wrong. I chose to call fully expecting the staff to give me grief. The manager listened and gave me some directions to resolve the next time I came in.

I go in the next day expecting the employees to be frustrated with me but they (& the Manager) remade my order with no hint of animosity.

I'm grateful and pleased. The most loyal customers often come from righting a wrong, and they killed it. 5 stars.
